Alicia Lam

Alicia started her career hospitality as a barista while undertaking her Bachelors in Business Management. After exploring her passions in coffee for several years and growing to manage several CBD locations, she found her self at Motion.

Here she continues to build relationships with people everyday, using her professional experience to connect quality candidates with exciting new roles. Her primary responsiblity is to manage our corporate accounts including Qantas placing contract and permanent IT staff across their many business units and subsidiaries
