Motion Recruitment began with a simple goal: to deliver world-class IT recruitment services with integrity. Sydney-born founders Brian Hannanford and Christian Green, both veteran IT recruiters, were frustrated with the overcomplicated and inefficient ways that firms were trying to match talent with companies. In 2014, they joined forces and created Motion Recruitment to solve this gap in the IT recruitment landscape.

Within just a few years, Motion became one of Sydney’s most trusted and fastest-growing boutique IT recruitment firms, with a team of vibrant, passionate and knowledgeable recruiters. While Motion have relocated our Surry Hills headquarters twice to cater for a growing team, our key values have remained unchanged. These are:
